Cancellation/Alteration of Reservation and No Show Policy

The cancellation policy instructed by EMBRATUR according to Normative Deliberation MTUR nº 165/95, proceeds as follows:

• Any and all requests to change the original reservation must be communicated by email.

• Rebookings will be accepted subject to the availability of the Inn.

• Reservation cancellation up to 03 days prior to the date of entry (check-in): fine of 30% of the deposited amount, with the remaining amount as a letter of credit for use in future daily stays.

• Cancellation of reservation less than 03 days prior to the date of entry (check-in): fine of 50% of the deposited amount, with the remaining amount as a letter of credit for use in future daily stays.

• In case of late arrivals or early departures, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.

• Letters of credit must be used within a maximum period of 06 months, non-extendable.

• Letters of credit cannot be used for holiday, New Year's and Carnival packages.

• To resolve future doubts, the notary office of the city of Maraú – BA is elected.
